Fund Directorships
Neil adopts a collaborative approach with both his fellow fund directors and the fund managers to deliver strong fund governance and oversight. Clients can expect full commitment, characterised by prompt turnaround on questions and resolutions as well as on-the-ground accessibility in Hong Kong. Quarterly fund board meetings are recommended. Neil is a licensed Professional Director with the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority (CIMA) under the Directors Registration and Licensing Law (2014).
ODD CONSULTING FOR FUND MANAGERS
The firm offers consulting to support fund managers to prepare for institutional investor ODD, with the aim being to identify potential issues up-front and recommend solutions. Consulting projects can cover full documentation review, mock-ODD interviews with key non-investment staff and tradeflow system and NAV reconciliation walkthroughs.
ODD CONSULTING FOR INVESTORS
Dalhousie Governance can offer on-the-ground support in Hong Kong and Asia Pacific for overseas investors conducting ODD on local managers. Customised verbal or written findings can be provided as required by the investor. Other consulting projects include support in developing an ODD programme, educating staff on non-investment risks and other ad-hoc advice.
